We loved the interior design of this room especially the loft which has a full size bed. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom looked new and well-kept. There were several power sockets all over the facility. As far as accessibility they are 4 minutes walk to and from the water bus which is one of the few means of transportation available. Will recommend this place to friends and family.

Great little gem
This hotel was a little gem. From the outside it didnt look like much but it surpassed its self on the inside. We had 3 suites and they were breath taking. One had a little gem of a roof terrace and one had access to the cute court yard. Rooms were so clean, towels were great. They say to check in at a different hotel so make sure you read the emails. There is no restaurant, kitchen or bar but everything's a stones throw away. Glad i booked a bit out of town as soon as you hit st marks square it was people city But overall could not fault it.

It Takes longer to walk everywhere then shown in the description, but that’s Venice. Not a 8 min walk to the train station but a 22 min walk.

Very nice property. Staff is quick to respond via WhatsApp messaging but they mixed up my room and we can to fit 4 into a room setup for 3. Otherwise it’s a very nice property. Make sure to pay attention to the check-in instructions as there is no traditional reception!

This is not a hotel. The rooms are extremely small, no amenities, no staff to help. Anyone with backache or problem with their legs do not go to this place. We had a horrible experience. Totally misrepresented and I am not sure how they got 9.2. There are no desk and chair . Totally bad experience .

Good morning, thank you for sharing your experience and apparently your disrespectful behaviour.Ca' de la Fonte is not a hotel and it never was, it doesn't say anywhere that it is a hotel. When you make a reservation you should know what you will be booking.We are sorry that you suffered all the time during your stay with us because of the stairs, but as you know Venice is a very old city so most of the structures on the island do not have an elevator but stairs. It also never specifies anywhere that there is an elevator.We don't have a porter at the property, but the receptionist helped you with your luggage during the check in through all the stairs, so your allegations are totally false.With this review we understand how much respect you have for people who do their job to the fullest. Great hotel, the room are new, beautifully decorated, peaceful and close to top Venice attractions, staff is efficient and very kind. My only recommendation is that you must have google maps to find the hotel that is in a small and narrow street, Congratulation to Ca de la Fonte staff a great option to visit Venecia!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a bit of a walk to the main areas but that seems to be the case for most things around Venice. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The front desk is located at another property but it is very close.

Super logement, charmant et très propre refait à neuf. Quartier parfait à 5 minutes du rialto et 10 de là place saint marc. Je recommande !!

Wifi in our unit was weak. We emailed our passport photos as requested prior to check in but received no confirmation that they were received. These are the only 2 minor issues. Otherwise, staff and the unit itself were great in all respects. Terrific location as well. Would absolutely recommend.

We stayed at Ca de la Fonte on the tail end of our cruise. we only stayed once night but wished it was longer. Lorenzo helped carry our bags up three flights of stairs, he also came right away when we accidentally locked ourselves out on the terrace. The accommodations were superb given the low price. extraordinary value! We will definitely be back again one day! NOTE: we had to check in at a neighboring hotel, something Expedia did not tell us, thankfully our water taxi had called for us and they were able to tell us before we got there, lugging our luggage through the streets of Venice. This place felt more like an apartment than a hotel, so there were no elevators, although we were on the top floor, which was #3, it really wasn't that bad. totally worth it!! don't hesitate or look any further , this is the place you want to stay!

Fantastic clean affordable stay
Check in was a little strange. Don’t be alarmed when you can’t get in… just walk to hotel Ca’ D’Oro and check in there. The room was absolutely gorgeous. The AC was superb. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in Venice. There was no desk, no coffee maker, and no breakfast but I didn’t mind as I like getting all those things out.

Struttura nuova nel cuore di Cannaregio
Struttura nuova situata in un edificio con cortile interno a disposizione degli ospiti, nel cuore di Cannaregio, zona autentica e poco turistica, quindi silenziosa, ma non lontana dalla fermata del vaporetto Ca d'Oro oppure Fondamenta Nove. La struttura non è dotata di una reception ma per ogni cosa si può fare riferimento all'hotel Ca d'Oro poco distante dove si fa anche il check-in/check-out. Design moderno, pulizia eccellente, cambio quotidiano di biancheria/asciugamani. Uniche difficoltà con la rete wi-fi che non prendeva nella mia stanza, e con l'aria condizionata: a causa della posizione della stanza a livello strada nel cortile interno, era necessario tenere chiuse finestre e porta e quindi usare l'aria condizionata di notte. A me crea difficoltà nel dormire, ma per altri può essere un bonus. In ogni caso, struttura consigliata!

Piacevole weekend a Venezia
È stato un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La stanza che ci ha ospitato è ampia, pulita, arredata con gusto e semplicità. È fornita di ogni comfort, tra cui una piacevolissima doccia. La camera si affaccia su un bellissimo giardino interno attrezzato con comode poltroncine per godersi qualche momento di relax all’aperto. Ottima anche la posizione, appena fuori dalle vie più centrali e a solo qualche passo dalla stazione Ca D’Oro. Non è presente una reception e per il check-in ci si reca al vicino hotel Ca D’Oro. Il personale si è rivelato molto disponibile a attento alle nostre esigenze.
