Great apartment in great location

What a sweet apartment! We had never stayed in this area of Venice but we will from now on. We wanted to be close to the Biennale (we were) but we had no idea that this was such a great neighborhood. There were great restaurants, fewer tourists, and great walks. The apartment is pristine - everything new and clean and comfortable, with large kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is also great - good bed and huge closet. And it’s close to the vaparetto - can’t ask for more.

Location is perfect. Incheck was short and businesslike. Kitchen is ready for renovation. two gas burners were broken, Coffee filter had to be replaced by us, no oven dishes, waterboiler was old and calcified, no towels in the kitchen or soap for washing dishes. No shampoo in the shower, broken toilet seat. Frontdoor had to be forces open and shut with force.

Hi Guys - all good and a nice stay. Please fix the stove - one burner not working. Also my family found it strange that we paid such a large cleaning fee compared to to other stays in Italy and we were instructed to wash our own dishes before leaving. not a big issue and we did it but it no-one else did it and charged much less. Just something for you to look into

Muy recomendable

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado en una zona tranquila ( algo para tener en cuenta con el gentío de Venecia) pero muy fácil para llegar a Plaza San Marcos y en nuestro caso a los tours que habíamos contratado. Nuestro tren se retrasó y llegamos 4 horas más tarde de lo previsto ( ya de noche) y ellos siempre estuvieron muy atentos y con rapidez de respuestas a través de WhatsApp lo us hizo todo también muy cómodo. Carlotta, la chica que nos hizo el check-in now dio excelentes recomendaciones e información súper útil, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el tiempo que nos estuvo esperando y lo tarde que se hizo, fue muy positivo que estuviese con nosotras el tiempo que hizo falta. La zona está rodeada de bares y restaurantes a un precio asequible, contando cómo está todo en Venecia.

Quiet true historic Venetian stay

The best aspects of this property were the large room size, quiet part of Venice and proximity to via Ghiarbaldi neighborhood. Small kitchen suffices and great bathroom. The air conditioning was loud but the manager was also great and responsive. Would recommend!!!

Excellent location, not far piazza san marcos but enough far to live in a not so crowded Venezia. Maura was an excellent host.
