"Location is everything.. you are steps from the Venice Beach Boardwalk and the Ocean..my room was clean and spacious although there was a smell at first which is probably because it’s an older building once I opened windows it was fine .. there is no air conditioning which is fine because you don’t need it ..the ocean breeze and a provided fan kept temperature comfortable.. there are 2 restaurants/bars on either side of property and they give you earplugs for the noise but you won’t need them...

"It was amazing!! We stayed in Penthouse 7 with the skylight and it was beautiful. Shower was hard to work out but still amazing none the less. So close to the beach and AMAZING food. You have to try all the mini restaurants in front of the hotel!! The people are so kind too def staying here again soon (sorry lol I don’t have pictures of the room or beach I only have vids)"
