Dear Mrs Gutierrez, we are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay, the room rate is on line with the Venice price and the room you booked is called "Small Initial", because the size, you couldn't expect a suite. The maiden service is very accurate , they clean the room every day, so we are surprised you found it dirty. Anyway thank you for your feedback, we can alwaysimprove ourself
