The place is nice, especially the location- right accross the street from the boat station. It was very convenient for trips to Venice (15 min. One-way, approx). The staff is very polite. The room is authentic, but if you like good sleep- it's not the best choice. The building is old, and the walls are thin, plus transportation makes noise. Nevertheless, the view from the terrace covered any imperfections:) BREAKFAST is amazing like all food in Italy! Recommended for short stays!

Frühstück könnte reichhaltiger sein. Der Herr Kellner könnte auch aufmerksamer sein. Er war etwas unsympatisch.

I liked that the location, you can walk to some areas of interest. I didn't like it, there is no elevator for guests, the bathroom is very small, especially the shower. When we arrived, the person who helped us was very friendly. Then our shower was clogged and flooded the entire bathroom. The next day it was notified on the frontdesk and the person was not very empathetic. On the other they went to unclog the shower.

Très bon séjour
Superbe séjour d’une nuit en famille. La chambre était très spacieuse. Petit bémol sur la salle de bain qui comprend les toilettes et la douche qui a un pommeau non amovible mais dans l’ensemble nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le petit déjeuner est varié pas exceptionnel mais plutôt sympa. L’hôtel est situé en face de la plage, à 1 km de la gare des vaporetti (on peut aller à la place saint marc ou aux îles de cette gare) où on peut prendre le bus si on n’a pas envie de marcher 15 min.. l’arrêt est en face de l’hôtel… il est vraiment bien situé

Charming Lido beachfront hotel.
Older, charming, clean and comfortable hotel across the street from the Lido beachfront and easily reached by bus from the water transport landing at Lido SME (Santa Maria Elisabetta). The desk clerk was super friendly and helpful -- and very accommodating of a late (after 11:00 p.m.) arrival which was welcome after a day of flight delays, missed connections and long airport waits. Terrific breakfast included.

Dårligt lydisoleret hotel
Vi havde booket et basis værelse i anneks, da det normalt er roligt og ingen bor ovenover dig. Men her kom vi til et værelse i et kælder lignende sted, slidte tæpper på gangene og derudover var der larm fra alle sidder og ovenpå, hvor man kunne høre alt fra børn der løb rundt og stole der blev rykket rundt. Vi klagede til receptionen samme aften og han tog kontakt til dem. Men intet hjalp, da det var selve værelset der var dårligt lydisoleret. Vi havde 2 nætter tilbage i Venedig og bad om et andet rum næste dag, mod en høj merbetaling. Men det var samme problem. Man kunne høre alt ovenpå. Morgenmaden havde et kedeligt udvalg. I alt betalte vi over 700 euro for 3 nætter for dårlig komfort og larm.

Lovely family-friendly hotel! Staff were all really friendly and helpful. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor and didn't want to leave. The kitchen unit enabled us to cook basic meals when we didn't feel like eating out and we had beautiful views - Lido beach on one side and Venice on the other. Breakfast was delicious and there was a wide range of food (even though our children at too many cakes and biscuits!!) Location was perfect for us - immediately opposite a public beach, 10 minutes walk from the vaporetto stop, and 5 minutes walk from a discount supermarket. We hope to return soon :-D

Bus stop is immediately in front of hotel. Alternatively, 15 minute walk to water bus station. Water bus takes 30 minutes to reach Venice. Would recommend as a cheaper (but nice) alternative to staying in Venice. Can check in 24/7, and there are 24 hour water busses (NOTE: water BUS is public and €9,50, while water TAXI is private and €90,00 ). Clean, quiet, great shower, and complete blackout curtains.

We absolutely loved it. The hotel was super clean with comfortable beds. The girl at the front Francesca was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would rate it 5 stars just because of her. The breakfast buffet was really good too with many options to choose from. I would highly recommend to stay there.

We didn't have a single problem with this hotel. It's about a 15 min walk from the ferry which was more than doable for us. Its right across from the public beach. While its not on the main strip its just a 10 min walk to restaurants.

la nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva. la camera era ampia e spaziosa , calda . ci è piaciuto molto l'ingresso con il bagno molto curato, la camera per i bambini e la matrimoniale. entrambe dotate di balcone con vista sul mare. i tendaggi sono ricercati e puliti. la presenza di qualche uccellino sul balcone è ravvisabile. la colazione è abbondante e di qualità, internazionale. la zona è ben servita ed il mare era stupendo

Directly opposite the free beach. Bit of a walk from vaporetto stop although the regular bus stops right outside. Brilliant rooftop terrace gives amazing views
