Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar gut, vor allem wenn man ein Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Lagune bucht. Nicht umsonst steht das DANIELI zwei Häuser weiter. Zimmer, Service und vor allem das Personal an der Rezeption hervorragend. Restaurant mit Frühstück ganz OK. Fußläufig gibt es jede Menge sehr gute Restaurants und die "Must Haves" von Venedig wie Markus Platz, Rialto sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen 😄

Das Hotel liegt für einen Besuch in Venedig sehr günstig. Das Hotelpersonal und im Besonderen die Herren der Reception waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Service im Restaurant etwas gestresst. Leider war unser Zimmer absolut abgewohnt. Das Badezimmer ohne jegliche Abstellfläche für mitgebrachte Kosmetika. Ein noch erwähnenswertes Goodie des Hotels ist die kostenlose Fahrt nach Murano und zurück - auch wenn dabei ein Kauf eines Glas Gegenstandes nicht Pflicht aber gewünscht ist.

Camera fantastica con vista incantevole. Personale sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e pronto a riservare sempre tutta l'attenzione necessaria per rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile. Colazione fantastica e il ristorante Principessa, che continua ad essere il mio ristorante preferito in Venezia. Staff di sala eccezionale. Tornerò presto.

L’hôtel est vraiment top - petit bémol en arrivant car on nous a ouvert la porte d’une chambre standard alors que j’avais réservé une suite junior 20 minutes plus tard tout est rentré dans l’ordre et nous avons pu profiter d’un week end de n amoureux

40th wedding anniversary stay.
We were in Venice to start our 40th wedding Anniversary celebrations. The hotel location was great unfortunately we had no view could not open curtains as brick wall right outside, but that was the chance I guess. I was surprised in this day and age no USB charging devices in the room although it had tea, coffee etc. the phone was old and could be updated with new one with a USB charger on it. While the hotel is in a great location it is a little tired the carpets definitely showing ware and tear. Staff were all excellent especially Hans at check in.

Beautiful Hotel!! 100% recommendable
We loved our stay in this hotel!! My wife and I stayed in the junior suite with a wonderful view of the sea. The room was beautiful and spacious with modern touches. Great location and a very friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent!

We loved our stay at the hotel Savoia & Jolanda. We had a beautiful suite with terraces overlooking the lagoon and the views were spectacular. The breakfast was fantastic and having an outdoor restaurant downstairs at the hotel was also great. The staff were mostly cordial and helpful, however, I chipped a filling on a front tooth the night we arrived and asked the front desk for help finding a dentist on a Saturday and while they said they were trying to find me an office that was open I ended up finding one on my own (who by the way was fantastic and did a great job) and as we were leaving for my appointment we saw the two gentlemen at the front desk busy chattering (definitely not busy searching for a dentist for me) and no one ever got back to me or inquired about my situation. The lobby and the hallways of the hotel are in definite need if refurbishing, but the rooms and bathrooms are all beautifully and tastefully renovated. Our only complaint: the shower didn't have a barrier to contain the water and the water would be all over the bathroom floor (for which we had to use lots of towels to dry). This is commonly seen in hotels in Italy and really baffles me as an unexplainable phenomenon easily fixable by either putting a barrier on the floor or adding a glass door! The location is close to hundreds of restaurants and shopping options as it's a 2 minute walk to St. Mark's Square. Also one can take the Vaporetto to Mestre right across from the hotel.

Hans is still at the front desk--just like our first stay here in 2012. And his service, attitude, and helpfulness was simply superior. The location and ease of access form the airport make this a wonderful choice.

A phenomenal experience that helped make our visit to Venice so memorable! From the wonderful welcome to the delicious breakfast to the gorgeous room to the convenient location to the amazing customer service it was the perfect stay. The rooms are gorgeous and if you get one with a balcony like we did, we loved sitting out there and listen to the bustle of Venice. Absolutely perfect and top notch hotel. Muito feliz com minha escolha. Café da manhã muito bom. Equipe muito simpática e atenciosa. Pessoal da recepção e do café da manhã muito solicito é simpático: todos, sem exceção. O quarto com vista para a lagoa é perfeito!!! Só deixo uma observação quanto ao box do banheiro, que precisa de uma limpeza mais cuidadosa e, se possível, completar o fechamento do blindex, pois o banheiro acaba molhando um pouco. A ducha é excelente!! No mais, só elogios.

The hotel is in the center of Venice. It is very easy to go around the area. The hotel service is excellent. I’d suggest to prepare mosquito plug or installing window screens as we were bitten in the room.

The staff all deliver above and beyond in terms of service, especially Hans the concierge and the woman who manages breakfast (who didn't seem to have a name tag). The location is perfect for all the major sights, for the vaporetto, and for the boat to the airport. Both of the latter stop right in front of the hotel.

Terrible Mattress
Although you can’t beat the location, I don’t recommend if you need a soft mattress. This hotel has the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on and I like a firm mattress. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

This hotel was ideally situated for everything we wished to do in Venice. It's a short walk to St. Mark's Square. We had a spectacular view of the laguna from our room. The staff, specifcally Ernst and Mattia, were extremely helpful and accommodating, advising us from the moment we arrived, including getting us to the hotel from the train station. The water taxis and water buses are right in front of the hotel. The daily breakfast was incredible with a great selection of food available and the wait staff were very attentive.
