"If you like a vintage motel that reminds you of a way back motor lodge, this is the perfect place for you. No phone in the room with everyone having cell phones now. The walk to the office is simple and short. Free coffee! Great ice machine and Coke vending machine. It was very low-key and not many people since they don’t have a lot of rooms. So nice! The area is safe with modern conveniences close. There’s a Publix and Dollar General within walking distance. We did need to Uber to the beach but...

"Great location, but really old and outdated motel. Room smelled of smoke and wasn't very clean, bed was uncomfortable"

"The first room that they placed me in had no hot water, hair dryer or any other amenities. It is convenient for the area, but there needs to be better quality for the prices charged "

"The staff was great. The room was clean, but I noticed the sheer curtains looked like they had mildew stains on them. When the air was on it smelled kind of musty, I’m thinking the unit might need to be cleaned out. The bathtub needs to be updated but overall it was clean. "

"They put me in the room closest to the highway and with an adjoining room. I could barely sleep with the noise of cars zooming up and down the highway and the person next door blaring the TV watching some kind of action movie. The room was small and had a crack under the door to the outside which let in the cold air and the A/C unit blew cold air even thought I set it for HEAT. Continental breakfast was lame."
