"Perfect location! The staff were extremely helpful and were always available to answer any questions we had. We were able to store our bags for the full day after checkout, and we were able to check in two hours early! All around an incredible stay. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Venice."
"I guess i didn't do my research for the property very well before arriving. My reservation was a little misleading and I thought we could park at the hotel and when I called them the person I spoke to was not very helpful in explaining that if I was driving I would have to park near the bus station and walk to the hotel. It took us 3 hours of driving in circles until I finally googled the information and parked in a garage that was ridiculously expensive 45Euros per day. They told me at the...

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arlecchino in Venice! The location was excellent, especially since we were traveling with luggage. The hotel was easily accessible from the train station, which made our arrival very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice. Thank you for a lovely experience!"

The refrigerator was also so small it couldn’t fit our leftover pizza/box. Like it was a quarter size of a normal hotel mini refrigerator. Bathroom amenities were lacking as well. Again hotel and location were nice. Paid parking was easy. Just what the room had to offer was lacking and having to pay for coffee was...
