"Room was adequate. There was a storm that passed through a few hours earlier and the power was out, they said it would be back on within 30 mins. It took a while to come back then was intermittent throughout the evening with a generator, not ideal for the need to charge things the night before our departure. The WiFi didn’t work (assuming due to the power) Beds were ok… pillows were rock hard. Not the best place to stay for more than 1 night"

"I booked this place for a two day wind-down near the airport after a long two month trip. It said it had a restaurant and pool (pictured) so I planned to stay on site and relax. When I arrived it turned out the pool and restaurant were closed?! There was no apology or explanation given, I was told I could “order delivery”. For five meals. Can you imagine the cost? And it’s beside the point, do they not think guests choose places to stay based on the facilities offered? I chose a this place for...

"Loved the beautiful room with kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and the food fantastic. Awesome gym, with paddle courts, tennis and pickle ball. Fantastic to watch the Polo too. Loved the 3 Swimming pools. "

"Only stayed one night. Free airport shuttle was excellent! Driver waiting for me with my name printed on a sign. Had to go back to airport very early next day. It was too early for breakfast, so they provided a lunch box at no extra charge. Beautiful property. Great stay!"

"Pool was not available but we only stayed overnight for an early flight to Galapagos. Hotel is very basic which is reflected in the low price. Owner arranged for 10$ taxi to the airport. Not really close to the airport. "

They truly made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and there are an adequate amount of variety to choose from. The service was outstanding, and it was clear that the team works hard to ensure guests have a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...
