Amanda and Shona really looked after us it was so relaxing the rooms are gorgeous clean and facilities are there for all occasions fridge record player and tv sherry welcome drink breakfast was excellent very relaxing weekend koala cottage is a gem in Godshill fantastic place will go back definitely

Absolutely stunning small B&B. Hosts were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfasts were top notch, delicious with excellent quality ingredients. The scrambler is a must.

Koala cottage is the place to stay if you want a quiet relaxing holiday. Everything is provided, the accomodation is clean and very comfortable. The hosts are welcoming and provide a lovely breakfast, setting you up for the day. The TV is small and difficult to watch with older eyes. But then who goes on holiday to watch TV?

Lovely stay

We had a four night break at Koala Cottage, everything was great, the room, the service , the location and lastly the hosts. We had fabulous weather so the new addition of air conditioning in the rooms was a godsend. We would definitely recommend Koala Cottage for anyone wanting a relaxing break away.

Fantastic place to stay...

My husband and I couldn’t of wished for more from a B&B. Everything was lovely, the standards of cleanliness high, and service brilliant. The breakfast options were varied, and also catered for my allergies which is always a god send! - We were also glad to have chosen somewhere like Godshill, a tiny but charming village. The 2 pubs that are both a 2 min walk were also of high quality service and food amazing. I would certainly recommend to friends for future IOW visits.

Warm and friendly greeting on arrival and all Shona's little extra touches were appreciated by us ( I am not going to say what they were as its a nice surprise if you book and stay there). Breakfast was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. Easy parking was a bonus too.

Koala Cottages- Perfect

We were staying as a couple to visit friends who had recently emigrated to the Island!! We had requested an earlier check in due to limited time on the island. This was not an issue at all for the establishment. As a result of the request we were upgraded to the gold suite at no extra cost. On arrival we were met at the car and shown to our room with a detailed explanation of what was on offer and what we could expect. The room and adjoining bathroom was immaculately clean and of a good standard of decor. The bed was extremely comfortable and we both had a great night's sleep. The breakfast the following day was really nice. The food was freshly cooked with a large selection on offer. I would recommend this cottage in a heartbeat and cant wait for a return visit. Thank you

Lovely B&B

We couldn’t fault anything at koala cottage. Shona made us welcome from the minute pulled onto the drive until the minute we left. The breakfasts were fabulous and most days we didn’t need lunch. The rooms were cleaned everyday. With our own separate door we could come & go as we pleased without feeling we were disturbing anyone. We had 2 really relaxing soaks in the hot tub of a evening. All in all we couldn’t fault a thing and would love to go back there soon.

Hotel was amazing!

Koala Cortage was amazing. It was like we were the only guests. Suite was immaculate, attention to detail was amazing, thoughtful touches like vintage games, old fashioned record player, fridge, ( to keep the champagne chilled!) chocolates, and super comfy bed! Loved the huge Victorian bath! And jacuzzi and sauna an added bonus! Proprietor could not have done more to make us welcome. Fab breakfast. Good location. Thank you so much. We will come back.
