Luxury 4 berth caravan was roomy, well furnished and well equipped for 4 people. Good seating deck provided. Very clean bedrooms and lots of storage. Good shower pressure and hot water. Bathrooms clean and presentable. Location is excellent for visits out to all parts of island. Indoor Pool was clean and warm. Staff helpful, and site very tidy and well kept.

Had trouble registering as we were asked for booking reference even though we had a print out of our booking. I had to suggest looking at my driving licence to get registered. Hotels.com did not give us a booking reference. A bit stressful as we thought we had to go elsewhere for our stay.

A really lovely little resort surrounding a lake easily accessible to / from the Isle of Wight’s main sights and attractions. We stayed in a Lakehouse which I highly recommend.

Small arcade, lake, clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, and playground on site. Check on their website for details about when certain facilities open - we’ve been a number of times and there’s a much wider variety in the Summer. But still enjoyable throughout the year.

Unfortunately not the quiet family park we hoped for. Superior caravan tired but very clean ( apart from the ovens ) Restaurant a bit disorganised possibly due to summer staff new to the job? Lovely goody box for the dog and kitchen and bed linen spotless. Heating in bathrooms and living area didn't turn off. Privately owned caravan next-door had 3 different groups over 3 days 2 of which liked to party. Left after 4 days as exhausted and fed up.

Our caravan wasn't ready on check in time, we had to wait. The cleanliness of the caravan was ok, however the decking area clearly hadn't been cleaned or had a broom over it in a long time, meaning we couldn't really use this area as it was very dirty.

I realise that ‘bog standard’ will never be a descriptor for a caravan, but superior is way too kind. Thankfully only 2 of us were staying in a 6 berth, because bedroom 3 is ludicrous. It seemed clean until I found someone else’s razor in the shower. The caravan’s are piled in very close to each other, meaning not only can you not park next to it, you can’t park anywhere near it and ours had a complete staircase to navigate due to the terracing. The outdoor pool has a licensed capacity of 20 people, whether swimming or not, so good luck in high season. I won’t trouble this park again.

Definitely not Luxury, as described, a very tired caravan, sticky tape stuck to the front door, tv channels not working properly, light in en suite not working, windows wouldn't close properly, as there was rain whilst we were there, our clothes got wet. The accommodation is ok, would say good for value if it’s a full family as it has many rooms, but for a couple, I think you can get better quality if you pick Travelodge or Premier Inn for a similar price. It’s my first time trying this kind of holiday park, so maybe I had too much expectations. It’s clean, but I think it can be more better. A lot of webs and dust around the windows, so if you are scared of spiders, close the windows at night. Air flow of the rooms are not great, it does get quite hot at night. Overall it’s not bad but I wouldn’t say 5 star, but more like 2 or 3 star.

Value for money

Value for money for our type of stay. Spacious it being what it is, you can not get this in a B&B or hotel for that price. Very central on the island which was great for us.

Pleasantly surprised at the overall quality of the site and cabin, a little rough round the edges ie slight bit of mold in the shower, chairs need a deep clean but it was livable and we enjoyed our stay

Park lovely and quiet as not peak season. Excellent location. Lovely walks for dog on park. Luxury caravan for 6 but 3rd room very very small with hardly any room between the two single beds. Dining room table only had 4 chairs even though for six. Lots of storage space in kitchen. When stripped the bed, mattress not particularly clean. Hot tub private but had to buy a light for safety as no external light outside by it and couldn’t see a thing out there! Despite this we had a fabulous break and the staff were really friendly.
