"As a single traveler I felt very safe on the property and the room was immaculate. So much more than what is pictured because there are individual fridges in each unit with really nice attention to detail. The remodel was very well done, especially in comparison to other motels. I will definitely return. It’s an awesome room at a convenient location and a great price, hard to beat."

"Run down walls rusty shower not up to date homeless in parking lot . A cheap room near train tracks and the fwy. Should be a 99 dollar room tops in April"

"I was very happy with the staff, which was very accommodating to my special needs. I originally chose #2 but the bed was VERY firm, and being disabled with a back injury, I wouldn’t have made it through the night without extreme pain. She researched which trailer I stayed in and it so happened to be empty, so she let us switch trailers! I slept like a baby! :)"

"Very nice breakfast buffet included with the room. TV had minimal channels available compared to what we are used to, but it was fine. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning to go to the Channel Islands. It's very close to the Island Packers boat dock area and easy to get to. It's also very close to the 101 freeway but we weren't bothered by freeway noise at all."

"The Pierpont Inn established in 1910. Is a nice reasonably priced old hotel/motel. Good views of the ocean, close. To the beach and downtown amenities, . clean room, tidy but people need to know it is right next to the 101 freeway. Could not be closer for traffic noise and the visual distraction of traffic whizzing by at 70 mph. If cheap enough it works all day."

"This is probably the only property you’ll find in Ventura for this price. The property unfortunately is outdated old with minimum care for it. Floors were extremely dirty, hair in the shower, holes in the linings. On the bright side, the room has a fridge and a microwave. Also, the pool is completely out of service. Not so far from the beach and made west! "
