"After our stay there was a $10.00 charge on our credit card. When I inquired about it with the hotel I was told it was to park our car. This wasn’t parking garage style parking just a parking lot. The issue isn’t the $10.00. It’s that we weren’t informed there would be the charge and I don’t remember ever being charged for parking if spending the night."

"First of all the lights in the room was not working except 1 light which I have never ever seen in any hotel before , also as VIP gold one of the perks was 10$ food and beverage credit , when I asked the front desk upon checking the person didn't know any thing about it, when I asked about it the next morning I was handed a 10$ off 40$ coupon so that is false advertisement because that is a discount not a credit !"
