"Yes we didn’t have rags and customer service was really bad. When I asked for rags they stated I had to wait till 10 am when I had to check out at 10. It was roaches in the room and dead ones in the refrigerator. The room state that it would be a breakfast and that was not provided and other rooms had complaints also. I’m upset I wasted my money and yall should advertise for this room at all"

"Spotless room, tasteful modern decor, large space with suite extra sitting room. All staff courteous, professional and responsive. (Valet, front desk, in room dining). The spa was outstanding. My wife said her hot stone massage was the best ever."

"Owners were easy to reach and to work with little to no notice of our need. Unit was clean and affordable! Note - gated community with security was a learning curve but the guards were reachable by phone and very nice. "
