"The only reason I am giving it a 3 star review is because of one of there receptionist that works there and I truly wish I would've remembered her name. The operational manager was extremely rude and didn't even care when I explained that the carpets felt humid when we first checked and I even showed her my wet sock and she took of her shoe and said I see what your talking about but your only option is to move rooms but not guaranteed to have my two rooms together. The shower had pink mold on...

"From Check in to check out I have nothing but 1 star or less. The reason I choose this hotel over Marriot which we always stayed, I thought the room are all renovated. As soon as we entered the room 205 whewwww the stench of old musty carpet smell will overwhelm you. Not to mention I checked in around 10pm on 7/28 the front desk person (man) was very rude and have to patient at all times. I almost blew it that guy needs to be re-trained for customer service. "We stayed 1 night to rest in the family room. Very convenient to have 3 beds. We didn't use the kitchen, but utilized the fridge. The bathroom was nice. Though the curtain rod had rust, the water pressure and heat was perfect. I would way the highlight was the front desk employee. He was very kind and always smiling."

"No A/C....it was hard to fall asleep. Very poor shower water pressure. Then in the middle of the night an unknown person opened our door saw us lying in bed then closed the door suddenly...kind of creepy."

"Everything was great as far as the room. It was quiet and clean. We’ve stayed there before and had an excellent stay. They’re currently renovating the building and two days we were without warm/hot water. Of course, things happen, but it was an inconvenience."
