"Staff was great, the room was okay simply based on the restroom. The shower knob that regulates the temp didn’t work , I had to take cold showers. The toilet bowl needed to be cleaned. It was gross. I was really disappointed with my stay because I’ve stayed at this location before and have had such great experiences, hence why I keep coming back. Hoping this was just an off day for them."

"Hard to find something I could eat with restrictions. No one monitoring pool, tons of kids not sure where parents were, playing with pool equipment, running on wet concrete, jumping in and out of pool and hot tub, not as relaxing. Didn't say how many could be in there.
Check in tried getting in early, then long waits whether for check in/out or purchases made. Asked employee about getting salt, he just said "NO!" I asked even in kitchen area, my partner was having horrible sore throat was trying...

"The staff and property were very nice. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully organized, which made the stay very comfortable. We sat at the bar for cocktails and were pleasantly surprised by the variety of premium brands available. The beds were also super comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep.
My only complaint was that the water never got truly hot and was lukewarm at best. I did not report the issue, so it may have been something that could have been fixed, but my schedule did...

"Nice hotel with indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was better than most hotels. Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym had almost nothing in it. We went to the hot tub one night, and there were 3 guys drinking heavily and playing music loudly at the table next to it. The highway is right out the front door, so it was a little loud at night."

"Loved our room, bed was comfortable. The front desk lady wasn’t the kindest . No luggage carts to be found as we looked for hours to bring up a heavy luggage. The lady at the bar was the best as she found a cart for us. Swimming pool hand rail was broken as the hot tub rail which is dangerous. Only 3 lounges in the pool area no chairs. Washer and dryers are in a closet, could definitely have another set on another floor."
