"They changed my size room that was paid for in full. I reserved 2 queen beds and i recieved 1 king bed . They said they had nothing else available "

"Parking was easy and nearby. The room was mostly clean if not a little shabby…the couch. Flooring in bedroom did not match up to threshold in bathroom. Air conditioning worked but was very loud in the bedroom. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful…when they were there which was infrequent. Best attribute of the hotel was it’s proximity to downtown and especially the Spoonbill restaurant across the street."

"Most of the hotel was as you would expect from a Fairfield. However, a used bar of soap was left in the shower and it was nearly impossible to turn on the shower without getting soaked."

"A van blocked the front entrance when I arrived. I mentioned it to the front desk person who responded, "I. know." That was exemplary of every interaction I had with her. There was an employee smoking at the entrance every time I went in and out. Nice cloud to walk through and the van was there when I left to have dinner much later. Breakfast was sparse. The coffee was good. Although signage indicated ice on my floor there was none. No coffee in the room. Door was sketchy. Obviously an...

"The first room had a broken lock on the door. The second room didn’t have a working microwave or fridge. The pool was said to be warmed but was freezing cold and we couldn’t use the hot tub. The towels by the pool was dirty and there were used band aids by the pool"

"The staff was very nice. The room was decent but we did have dry ramen noodles on the carpet. They had fleas in the room and we went to get snacks one night and my card was charged for the snacks but the worker made us put them back bc he said that I was t charged and the money would be back in my account by the next morning. It’s 2 days later and I still don’t have my money or the snacks I paid for. I would not stay there again if I could help it. "

"Such a cute little gem, right outside of downtown Lafayette. The house was lovely inside and out. The recent renovations and layout of the house makes it feel so much bigger than it is. The vaulted ceilings, and beautiful attention to details in the interior design made this a new place to stay when we visit! "

"Bugs!!!! Cockroaches crawling everywhere. Huge spiders crawling around and under the bed covers and I am still covered in swollen pus-filled itchy bites from other unknown bugs, Horrendous experience."
