Horrible spring mattresses. The mattress actually rumbled when my husband’s snored and he doesn’t snore loudly or a lot. The AC/heat vent ventilation was horrific and both myself, and my husband were wheezing before we went to bed and horrifically when we woke up.

The Castle at Swan Lake
It was a special treat to have a penthouse suite which we didn't know until we checked. Staff were very kind and helpful. The bottle of wine was a very nice touch.
