Hotel murah di Vernon

"Absolutely terrible customer service. My party has the flu and think everybody would much rather not have somebody who is sick on the premises. I have been trying for two days to cancel my reservation and whenever somebody actually does answer the phone the guy just yells at you and hangs up on you. I am now stuck paying the fees because nobody on the other side knows how to answer a phone. I will tell anybody and everybody I know to never stay here."

"The hotel venue is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and convenient walking distance to the mountain. However, without speaking to staff, the check in process was VERY confusing. Upon arrival, we walked in circles and across the street trying to figure out parking, where to to pickup lift tickets,etc. Only to later discover the two entities are not connected in business! "

"Nice place to stay overnight on the way through. We could walk to the diner next door that had great food for a good price. The only complaint was the water at the inn had a foul smell. They should get that checked . "

"We have been several times during the past few years the hotel is in very good condition and the coffee is really good available 24 hours a day the breakfast has several choices that are good the rooms are clean the A/C and heat work great overall great place to stay we come sometimes for a quick weekend getaway from New York City will continue to come back. Great local diner and restaurants."

"I stayed at this hotel specifically due to proximity to a nearby funeral home. The parking lot is in terrible shape and gave a bad impression. There were no signs to assist finding your way around. The front desk experience was fine. The adventure to find the room seemed slightly ridiculous such as my room started with a 4 in a two story hotel. The hallways were endless and looked like I was going through employee areas to find my room. The vending machines were old, half broken and expensive....

"The Staff was Awesome! From Hotel to Resturant and Bar ."

"The room is small but fairly clean. I didn’t see any stains anywhere. Bathroom has a nice size, no closet. Small cabinet with a mini fridge and tv, so the side. The staff were super nice and gave cookies when checking in. The shuttle bus was supposed to run from 9 to 9 but stopped at 5pm (the driver had left). I didn’t get to try the breakfast but they have tea and coffee in the lobby. Sugar, milk is on the table. If you don’t like the coffee, there’s dunkin and Starbucks nearby. The view is...

"Nice spot to stay. Looks like the property is under new ownership is in the process of being nicely polished up. The room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with towels and amenities. I look forward to seeing the finished product. I'd definitely stay there again. "
