Breakfast buffet was good though not great."

"The location on the hill is great as we had a room that looked out over the downtown and hills of KY. We really enjoyed our balcony. The room was clean but the entire hotel is VERY dated. The bed was a 7 out of 10 for comfortability but the pillows were not good. Breakfast was average for continental. Our daughter was not feeling well the morning we were supposed to check out and I asked the lady at the desk in the morning if there was a possibility of having 1 extra hour before check out and...

"This is the second time I've booked with Expedia and we've ended up with a room that the ceiling in the bathroom needed repaired. In addition, we checked in on a Sunday afternoon and the pool was shut down, the description of the property said there was a hot tub, there was none. The Staff was Wonderful !
