Lovely stay at the lords of Verona. Staff are very helpful and polite. Good location in the city of Verona, walking distance from all the main locations. Room was modern and very clean. Bed was the comfiest bed I have stayed in.

The room was great, very spacious and modern. The location was amazing , walking distance from everything and the staff were always helpful and attended to any request quickly. The only reason I can’t give this hotel a 5 star is because of housekeeping. One day we were told that if we were not out in 15 minutes they wouldn’t clean the room that day, but when we did leave ( 45 minutes later ) I asked the front desk which happily obliged . We had to request simple things like toilet paper and sugar for coffee, the hand lotion wasn’t refilled. I mean it’s all minor stuff but it was definitely noticeable to us. This definitely does not mean I would not recommend Lord of Verona for anyone visiting , just something to be aware
