"Spesso in zona per lavoro, rispetto altri hotel della zona, per un 4 stelle ci aspetterebbe almeno una bottiglia di acqua gratis in camera. Manca tutto il set cortesia in bagno...da chiedere in reception...camere comode e pulizia impeccabile."

"Zeer mooi hotel. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid en veel lekkers in de aanbieding. Voor kinderen was er een leuke verrassing op de kamer toen we terugkwamen. Iets mindere buurt waar het hotel gelegen is, maar evenzeer leuke restaurantjes op wandelafstand. Personeel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zou hier zeker nog eens verblijven als tussenstop. We arrived around 11 PM and only needed a clean and comfortable room to get some rest before our 9 AM flight. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. "Room was great as a base to explore. We were only there for a quick breakfast and to sleep but beds were comfy, room quiet but could do with some modernisation of the bathroom shower. Overall a good hotel, close to San Giovanni station and a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Como. Breakfast typical of most hotels in Italy and would happily stay here again."

"Stayed here when the flight got in very late at night. Very helpful staff. The shuttle is needed to get here from the airport as it would be very difficult to walk. However we learnt that there is a free bus if you don't mind a 5 min walk between the airport and the hotel. Breakfast was good. Overall good value for money. If you don't have a car, like us, then its not so good for visiting Milan as you have 2 public transport journeys. But for an overnight stay if you get in late at the airport...
