"I really liked this hotel. It’s near a bus stop and near a railway station (San Rossore). It’s just outside the city walls, with useful amenities (small supermarket, McDs, cafes) right outside. It felt really secure because you either need to buzz or use a key to get in. In less than a minute of leaving the hotel you walk through the gate of the city walls and are at the Piazza dei Miracoli complex. My room was smallish but lovely, with a side window that you could see the roof of the basilica from! As someone who nearly always ends up with a view of a car park this was so nice! Staff were lovely, looking after my bags when I arrived early and helping me with airport transfer info. Would definitely stay again."

"Great hotel, easy to walk to Pisa centre. Staff were either v helpful at check in ( a young lady, sorry I did not get her name) , or to lazy to help us later when room key to our room would not work , the gentleman on reception had my 69year old husband going up and down 3 times to get it fixed, blamimg us!! Eventually he reluctantly came upstairs on my husbands insistance + agreed the fault was on their side, no apology given at all! V poor service. As we were leaving early a takeaway breakfast was supplied , which was great."

"Great location in a quiet, safe area with an easy walk to the tourist sites. Isabella was a fantastic host - really helpful, always clear with communication, very efficient and welcoming. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the painted ceiling in Room 1. The bed linen and towels were high quality and the pillows were the best I’ve had in Italy (& I’ve been here 2 months!). Excellent amenities (ie tea and coffee making facilities, tv, toiletries). I loved staying here and would highly recommend it."
