Great spot, conveniently located and for the price, it was great. Concierge was fantastic. Rooms were good. Would definitely recommend if yiu dont want to pay 1k at a fancier place.

All of the staff members were wonderful. Breakfast and dinner was wonderful. I don’t have much to say aside from everything was perfect. Thank you so much Rainbow Hotel for making my first visit to Africa comfortable and memorable ♥️

Room - no shower door, broken door handles, no safe or mini bar that was advertised . Need to walk through area with any homeless men who harassed you for money or other so no going out at night safely.Meals took 30 to 45 minutes even when only person in the restaurant. The place is dated and does not deserve a 3 star. Other than that some of the staff were great if you tipped them well .

First off, I would have given them only 3 stars but the staff was wonderful so made it 4. The hotel itself is not as convenient to the falls as it seemed when scheduling. You will need to have transport to most places. This is available without much effort. The closest shopping it at least a quarter of a mile away and there is no sidewalk and on a main road. It is an older hotel but is in fairly good shape. Our room had some problems but as we were only there 2 nights and already settled it was not worth changing. Biggest was the bath had a leak so any time you took a shower there was a good deal, of water on the floor. I did inform them of this when we left. Some lights were not functioning and the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. The phone had no labels so you couldn't tell how to call any services. Had to go out and find someone to help with luggage when checking out. A fair number of steps and would not consider ADA friendly. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Not a huge selection but what they had was good. Only bar was poolside but it sufficed for us. The staff really made up for any shortcomings. They were very friendly and helpful. Never had a problem. I would probably stay again but would request another room if I found similar problems.

Staff were great. Kenny and Nyasha at the bar were very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff could have been friendlier. The greeter in the lobby was so fun and happy. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Restaurant service was very slow and breakfast buffet charges changed on a daily basis, when I tried to clear up charges it was to no avail. Pool was very clean , enjoyable to swim in.

We were pleased with our choice of this hotel. Quiet, clean and friendly. The price was lower than other advertised hotels of the same category. We did not choose the breakfast option but if you are ok not having the buffet style, then the price is reasonable. We had to walk an extra block to the main street which is fine except of the street vendors constant offerings.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this hotel. It is accessible easily to the town. Walkable distance and safe to do so at night. Staff were attentive and responded promptly to requests. The food was ok. Would stay here again.

Fantastic
Fantastic experience! It took a while for the hotel to receive our booking from hotels.com, but once that was sorted, everything went perfectly. Delicious food and a very short walk from the Falls - no need for a taxi!

I got very lucky! Due to lack of tourists, I was upgraded to their sister hotel, A'Zambezi River Lodge, which is right on the Zambezi. Gorgeous property, fantastic service and food. Elephants, hippos and baboons right outside your room!

Nice room, pricey amenities.
The room was nice. However, the price for breakfast changed every time we asked, from $20 to $28 per person for what looked like a regular breakfast. $28 can buy you breakfast for 6-8 people at the local store. They also wanted $6 per kg for laundry service.

It stated clearly that the 2 rooms will have bathtubs when I booked and there is no bathtub at all in any of the room. When I asked to change the room the lady in front desk (ms future) was not helpful gave us a hard time and we were in hurry for a tour program in the morning, so we just gave in. The air cond is Not cold in the first 2 nights in room no. 36, but they sent someone to repair. It was ok on the 3rd night. There was no towel in room 38 after they cleaned it, and when we requested for the towel, it took quite a while to arrive, after 2-3 reminder calls. Also, there was no bathroom mat too on the last night of our stay too, we didn’t bother to request anymore.

When the hotel Manager offers to move your room due to air con not working great, follow through on your word. Very disappointed. developed a heat rash and had to sleep with wet towels to keep cool and be able to sleep. They did try and offer a free breakfast perk one morning, which we are greatfull for but that didn't make up for the aircon issue.

The location was great. The rooms and staff were nice The spa was nice. The room didn’t have a refrigerator but it had a place for one. We thought the restaurant was way overpriced for the quality. The breakfast, had we booked it, was $25.00 a person. A light lunch was $17.00. Overall it was a nice stay.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff were always very polite and pleasant. The pool was very nice with an 'in-pool' bar. However, the restaurant was very over-priced and there was no food service between meals, so you couldn't get a snack or sandwich if you were late for breakfast, for example.

Honeymoon in Victoria Falls
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon in Vic Falls. Great place to stay, service is top notch. Very close to everything in Vic Falls. We were able to walk to restaurants. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Vic Falls

The location was central and very close to in da belly restaurant. The hotel offered free shuttles to the falls but it was easy and safe to walk there. The staff was excellent, especially Future.
