"The shuttle was parked at the front driveway for 24 hours blocking the main entrance. This makes it difficult to unload and load their luggages ! Esp if you have elderly or disability. The only server in the Breakfast was not changing her gloves after cleaning the tables . She would wipe the tables then handle food like touching the grated cheese and other food then serve it to the guests. This is such a violation for proper food handling . The manager addressed it immediately when we told her about it according to her . "

"Hotel is conveniently located, smelled good outside due to the jasmine all over. I got a room for a suite with 2 queen beds. When I got there there the staff was helpful being checked in. Got to the room and found I didn’t get the room selected. It was standard room, went back down to the desk and I explained to the guy there, and he tells me he doesn’t have the room I select d that they are all booked but has a king size bed suite. I’m like that doesn’t work my friend “male” and I will not be sharing a bed my husband wouldn’t appreciate it. He was suppose to talk to the manager to refund a discount for the wrong room and the inconvenience. But never heard anything about it. So I will be contacting the manager tomorrow! Will not stay at another Hilton hotel again to many issues when we stay there. Make sure you get what you pay for!"
