"Everything was fantastic and the staff was really kind"

"Everything looked pretty dirty. Carpets had lots of debris and stains. Didn’t look like they had had a decent vacuuming in awhile. Tub in the bathroom was gross. Chipped paint, stains, some hair. Definitely kept my feet covered the whole time I was there."

"We just stayed overnight, but this hotel seems a little worn down and tired. It was probably amazing in the early 2000,s but it seems like they are trying to get as much out of before having to spend any money. The whole hotel seemed a little run down and dirty. Only one elevator worked and the other was very slow. Lines of guests waiting to get to their floors. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable, but again, the room seemed dated and a bit run down. Moldy shower with rust on the towel rack. A/C had a moldy smell when blowing. Staff were nice, breakfast was pretty good (coffee was cold), gym is small with limited equipment. Fine for a quick overnighter, but there are many other hotels in the area that might be worth looking into if you want something a little more updated and clean. "

"The man who checked us in was very monotone and talked w/low volume- I had to ask him to repeat himself a few times. He had no sense of humor; however, the lady who was taking care of the breakfast space was very friendly. "

"When i booked information was not provided you must pay 15.00 to park overnight and i have a handicap placard. They said that doesnt matter. Asked the day of check in if i can do late check out nexy day. Was told to ask morning of. When i asked morning of was told should of asked during check in. Needed bedding for sofa bed, was given a very thin iychy wool blanket. My son was itching all night. Asked if i can pay cash for the parking was told no. In no rush to stay here again. Only goid thing i can say if attended a show at toyota arena like we were, the walk was very convenient. "

"We were able to charge our RAV4 plug-in hybrid a couple times which we appreciated. The property is under remodel construction but we had no trouble using the parking close to our room. Our bedroom and bathroom linens were changed daily! "
