"Front desk staff are nice and helpful. The lady in charge of the breakfast.. is rude. She checks your guest list to make sure you only get breakfast based on how many people are staying. I don't think you are allowed seconds either. I over heard her telling a guest she already gave a plate of breakfast to the three guests. First time I've ever seen this before. And no personality.. Like she hates her job. Our room has a spider that my 7 year old grandson was freaking out over. I've stayed here...

"The room was modern and clean. We needed an accessible room, and the layout and adaptations were well thought out and really made the space usable and nice for my friend in his wheelchair. Every interaction with staff during our stay was a positive one. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn!"

"We enjoyed our stay. The hotel does need some cosmetic upgrades but the staff was awesome. There were alot of guests there this past weekend but we love the convenience of the location which is a major plus. Will be coming back in September. Thank you "

"Breakfast was cool, staff was nice, outside of the hotel and waiting area was clean. It was the room we stayed in was dirty. It smelled funky and we noticed the bed sheets were dirty stained with makeup and Cheeto marks. As if they didn’t change out the sheets. "

"Best Western hotels usually have good breakfasts, but breakfast at this SureStay by Best Western was pretty awful. The hotel's location was in a quiet area of high-rise office buildings near the airport, with no nearby restaurants or shopping. My room was clean and comfortable, and staff members wiere helpful and friendly. I probably would not stay there again."
