"Our stay was disappointing and fell well below our expectations. At approximately 8:30 a.m., we requested two bathrobes; however, only one was delivered, and it did not arrive until approximately 10:00 a.m. We also experienced ongoing difficulties with the hot water in our room. The water temperature was extremely difficult to regulate, requiring constant adjustments between the hot and cold settings. In addition, we utilized the valet parking service but were not advised that vehicle retrieval...

"the hotel was conveniently located however the restaurant was super slow and not equipped to serve a full dining room took two hours for dinner … Parking is scarce not enough spots for the amount of rooms and if you leave you could come back to a full lot and no place to park"

"Hi, I didn’t have parking and I walked in at 2 am expected to pay up front. That didn’t sit well with me. The place was not as great as your typical Holiday Inn. It was run down. There was no breakfast included as per expected. The Porch was great."

"Un lugar muy especial, ideal para ir en grupo pues tienen habitaciones para 10 personas para dormir en literas baños compartidos. Pero en mi caso para 1 persona fue excéntrico pues la habitación, Es del tamaño de la cama, literal es la cárcel para una persona, la experiencia muy curiosa."
