Fairmont Empress
Breakfast and Dinner selections and quality of food were top notch. I had a great room, quiet and great view. Staff were all very friendly even those that were clearly busy. I love using pools/hot/tubs/saunas and they were excellent. Really no complaints.

Hotel Grand Pacific
Pool awesome, great suite for family with two teenagers. Loved that we had 2 balconies and harbour view is a must. A couple of house keeping issues when we arrived but I asked for help and the responded right away: Beds were super hard and not hard as in a brand new mattress way:
