"Friendly owner and nice stay"

"The Calm House was exactly as described… a calm house. This stay was exactly what my friends and I needed after being in busy Hanoi! The staff/family that manage the property treated us like family and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. We were offered free snacks (delicious fruits, noodles, coffee, crackers) any time we sat in the shared dining area. The property itself was clean and loved. "I was asked to stay in Cozy tunately homestay, not far from my original property. This property is acceptable. Unfortunately I got a cold there. Location is one important factor when I decide where to stay.It is not a good practice to allocate clients to another property."

"The room is clean mostly and pets are friendly. Only complaint is getting to the homestay is quite tough since your grab driver cannot drive through the narrow road and there isn't a sign or direction to lead you towards the homestay. Also you will paying lots of money on grab to take you to Da Lat famous landmark and town because it is so far up the mountain."
