"우리는 하노이를 방문하는 동안 하노이 로얄 팰리스 호텔에서 세 번의 멋진 밤을 보냈습니다. 저희를 맞이하기 위해 문이 열리는 순간부터 마지막 작별까지 최고의 호텔 서비스를 받았습니다. 모든 직원이 미소로 저희를 맞이해 주었고, 온갖 방법으로 친절하게 대해주었습니다. 매일 아침 식사는 맛있는 베트남식과 서양식 음식의 다양한 조합이었습니다. 룸 서비스도 훌륭했고, 호수와 쇼핑, 많은 식사 선택지까지 도보 거리에 있는 위치였습니다. 우리는 꼭 다시 묵을 것이며 이 멋진 호텔을 강력히 추천합니다."

"We had a wonderful stay with very attentive staff at the hotel. They were so hospitable and thoughtful in their customer service. We enjoyed the spa and the rooftop bar as well. "

"Room was great, bed was great, shower catered to people of 2 metres tall which was really great. View was great. Only bummer was the construction going on 24 hrs a day at site next to hotel. Not the Haian hotel & spas fault though. "
