I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. "Arco Apartments is a true gem in Porto. The location is fantastic, right by the old city in a unique historic Arc and stairs. While the stairs can be a bit challenging, there’s a wonderful wine bar next door that makes for a perfect pause. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen. The cute patio was a lovely bonus. A perfect blend of charm, style, and convenience. Highly recommended."

The location of this property is genuinely breathtaking as it provides perfect views of the Douro and of the neighbouring Vila Nova de Gaia. Bars and restaurants are literally on the doorstep and as boats are moored just metres from the front door, leisure activities are readily available. "The apartment was spotless, modern, luxuriously decorated & very spacious (apt#5). Picture on website are accurate. Good water pressure, good appliances, well stocked kitchen. Plenty of toiletries. The location was central to everything - we didn’t need a car. It was serviced every day including towels and coffee cups!!!
