"The overall stay was good but I just wish the check in process were better that they could have inform us a little bit earlier before we arrive or checked in. I emailed them before arrival but they reply really late. We stayed there from Sunday to Wednesday and there's a change in the gate code to get inside the building. They never informed us. They told me to email me the new code instead of just saying it directly and I waited for their email which never came. So I have to call them and ask...

"This property is an amazing find in the beautiful city of Porto. The location is perfect, close to the river, the market and the many shops in the area, as well as bus stops for the city sightseeing tours. Our room was super clean and comfortable on a quiet street. We had everything we needed with the convenient kitchenette and every morning we enjoyed a great breakfast delivered to our door at the time we requested. Self check-in was smooth and there were no problems at all. Do not...

"Excelente ubicación y limpieza, muy buen tamaño para 2 o hasta 3 personas, Estuvimos muy agusto. La recepción fue fácil."

"Great location. Good facilities Nice to have a garden out the back. Helpful to have hotel two doors down to help with check in/any questions. Large bathroom with decent shower and full power hairdryer. Sofa in the rockstar room was incredibly uncomfortable- so much so I had to relax on the bed. This really needs changing asap as defeats the purpose of booking a studio if you can relax in the space."

"Nice apartment which was close to restaurants and shops. A bit noisy at times and check in procedure was not great."

"Lovely staff! The home was cozy and comfortable. Loved our stay there. Thank you!"

"The A/C was not working on the day we checked in and remained not working 3 days later. We notified the owner but he said he couldn’t find repair crew on weekends. There was a fan which seemed to say the A/C was not working, here is substitute for it. The shower stall was not designed with air circulation in mind so the caulking had black mildew too much to feel clean. The location is good to many things, the trade off is that it was not quiet until late like a city life."

"Great location!! Really close to everything. Apartment is basic but spacious."

"Spot on in the center. High ceilings and ample rooms. Fans are noisy but at least there is something to combat the heat. Lovely wine on arrival, we appreciated this. Very good communication if you need anything."
