"We had a beautifully appointed room with kitchen and patio :) lots of closet space access to spa and amazing breakfast! So close to many spots in the area and has a lovely patio restaurant overlooking the Duoro River. One of the best hotels with lovely and polite staff! Has everything you need in a room without being crowded!"

"Location was very good, stayed for 6 nights. Unfortunately the main person in charge of questions was away on holiday so a couple of small things couldn't be addressed. With staying this long it would have been nice to have a change of bedding/towels but I was unsure how to arrange this."

"I didn’t realize when I booked this stay that our hotel was on the Gaia side of the river facing Porto. We ended up loving that. It looked out over Porto and was a 5 minute walk across the river, but had the peace and tranquility of being a little apart from the center of the tourists. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was great. The place was beautiful. I wish we had planned to stay longer!"

"They do both morning refresh and evening turndown service which is nice. The staff were super helpful at any time of day/evening/night. The pool was amazing and the bars and restaurant was really lovely. The view was incredible. No complaints."

"Beautiful hotel a stones throw from the river in Gaia. Absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were helpful, the decor was 5 star, the pool area was amazing and the food was great too. I would definitely stay in this hotel the next time I visit Porto. Such a magical place."
