What stood out most was the friendly, warm and charming staff who at any time of day, from breakfast, dinner or in the bar always went over and above to make sure we were looked after. "It was modest but had all it needed. I was impressed by the lady who checked me in. I'm a luxury hotelier myself. Well done! The pool was comfortable. The breakfast was okay. The complimentary access to next door indoor aquawater show park for 3 hours was very valuable. All indoor pools at the hotel and at the park were heated and comfortable for the end of October visit. Thank you team!"
