"The staff was so incredibly helpful and welcoming. They gave us tips on places to see and things to do. The breakfast was very good. Cinnamon rolls were warm, eggs with peppers were delicious as well as the breakfast potatoes. Staff walked thru breakfast with warm muffins and fresh fruit cups. The feel of the room was reminiscent of some modern, European rooms. There were restaurants within one or two blocks as well as Vilano Beach. I would definitely visit this hotel on the future."

"The Inn was in a good location near St. Augustine downtown. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was free and right outside. Our complaints were the noise of the boat power washing that went on until 10pm the first night and the fire alarm that went off at 1am on the 3rd night. Our room unfortunately was full of pet dander and I had an allergic reaction to it so we left after a 4-night stay with my face and eyes red and swollen. Please do a better job of advertising that ALL the rooms are...

"This property is an inn on a quiet street with great views of St. Augustine. The walk to St Augustine is about 7 minute over the bridge. The proximity to historic town is amazing. We had a great sleep! The street is quiet. But what we can’t stop talking about is the fantastic breakfast we had. "The breakfast menu was good. Our room smelled bad. We think it was coming from the shower drain. Garbage with left with food in our room. It was difficult parking several blocks away. You need a code to get in the door and a different code to get in your room. A couple got in a verbal disagreement outside our room. They were swearing, yelling, with possible physical harm. We were afraid to go out in the hallway. The owner was apologetic but didn’t offer any reimbursement due to the smell...
