"We spend a long weekend & had a unit with a view to the harbor. The patio was absolutely cosy with the most relaxing atmosphere...even when it rained. The personnell was very friendly. It is close to oldtown..even though you need a car. The little breakfast place on the corner is also very convinient. Would definitely come back if in St.Augustine again"

"What a great property to stay at. We will certainly be coming back again. Staff was fantastic. We had breakfast and coffee on our balcony each morning overlooking the beach/ocean. Beach was never too busy and many places are walkable as well. 5 stars!"

"We were not satisfied with paying for a balcony room, only to be given a room with a balcony that had a terrible view of an abandoned lot. Second negaive was the loose fruits in the breakfast we paid for were extremely rotten. The bacon was not good. "

"Husband and I have stayed in various B&Bs in St. Augustine. This was our first stay with Carriage Way but it will return.
Our room was in the Centennial House across the street but didn't seem neglected at all.
Though we do not drink wine, to see it along with soda and bottled water offered freely was unexpected.
We did not take advantage of the provided games nor the dining table but did enjoy morning coffee on the sun porch before strolling around town.

"Room was very nice. Clean. Roomy. Convenient location. Breakfast was awesome. But our room shower (room 109) had one issue. The safety rubber strips on the shower floor were practically worn off therefore it was very slippery in the shower. Kind of unsafe."
