We accidentally locked the restroom late at night, and when we messaged asking for assistance, they responded immediately, and showed up within 15 minutes to resolve the problem. It is antique and if you are on the lower level you will hear the guests above walking on the wood floor. Try the Well for a cocktail, they never disappoint and the staff are all great.
