"Exceeds expectations on all levels."

"Lovely clean rooms with a nice sized restroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Our room included a large outdoor area with table and chairs that our children enjoyed. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of options for the whole family."

"The good points about the hotel were the breakfast, the staff, who were helpful and the rooms which were for the most part well maintained. We had several very positive interactions with the front desk and on the whole they met our needs. The location is pretty good and there is access to a sandy beach at low tide. "This place is just beautiful! Right on the Camino. My room was large, with chairs, AC and a great shower. Comfy bed and pillows. There is a garden to sit in, as well as a lounge area indoor and outdoor. It was quiet. And the staff! They were so kind and helpful. Had dinner there, which was delicious. And drinks are available at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I will start with the service at the front desk. Wow! this is what hospitality should look like at every hotel. The front desk manager helped solving some problems upon arrival, since we were traveling by bike on the Camino de Santiago. He made sure that the bikes could charge overnight and they even moved them to the storage area themselves, while we were changing clothes in our room. Provided water for our flasks the next day. "Location, location location. An historic place, located in a peninsula ((guess it was an island before), very close to the beach promenade. Luscious grounds and breathtaking views of the bay. The views from our window were spectacular. Hotel is well kept. Staff is professional and corteous, a little dry on the front desk, but not so at the restaurant and bar, where the staff was always smiling and helpful. Very refreshing. Our room was spacious and well appointed, with gorgeous views....
