"We had a room with a terrace and pool access. You could walk out onto the terrace joined to the room and from there walk out to the pool without having to go through the hotel. This is great, except the pool door did not lock on our terrace and the QR to the room did not work. So someone could literally have walked right into our room at any time from the pool. This is unsafe. We placed chairs in front of the door on the terrace so we could hear scraping if the door was attempted to be open. The...

"This was not as near the airport as thought. However the free shuttle was terrific. there’s nothing around the hotel. So unless you want to taxi all the way back to the city, there’s no restaurants to order from, no stores around, it’s in the middle of nowhere. For travelers mostly with no car, it’s not real convenient if you want to just walk to dinner or something. The restaurant inside the hotel was fair, not much atmosphere. Overall fine."

"Excellent Welcome, friendly and accommodating staff, the breakfast buffet was great. All the things you expect from Hyatt. The downside, and quite impact full, was the lack of venues and challenges with AC. Only 1 restaurant was open, the smallest one near the lobby. Limited seating, for a full hotel not ideal. I had complained about my AC not working (room temp was 27°) and they expeditiously tried to fix it. Short term solution. I woke up to a room temp of 29°. I would book there again...

"Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Die Unterkunft ist total sauber und perfekt gelegen. Die Klimaanlage hat trotz der wahnsinnig hohen Temperaturen perfekt funktioniert. Die Fenster sind schallisoliert, das Bett ist bequem und man kommt trotz der sehr zentralen Lage auf jeden Fall zur Ruhe. Wir würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen und auch nochmal buchen."

"Spacious double room (the most basic of rooms available), nicely presented, and plenty of storage space. Nice bathroom with walk in shower. Buffet breakfast one of the best I've experienced, plenty of choice including some cooked items. Great rooftop pool/bar and space to sit and enjoy the sun. Lots of different areas available to either sit and drink/eat, or merely just lie back and relax. Would not hesitate to stay here again."

"The hotel and room was very clean. The welcome drink was nice and the front desk staff were great. Breakfast bar was good too. Locations is nice with bus stop across the street direct to the airport, near a metro stop to get to the Barri Gotic area and a walk to the wonderful Park Montjuic and the night time Magic Fountain display not to be missed. I would recommend this to anyone."

"We were able to check in early after flying which was appreciated! Our room was nice and clean, as were the common areas. The breakfast buffet has a good selection and was definitely worth the extra money so we didn’t have to go out and find food. We do wish that the air conditioning was better in the room. It only went down to 70 degrees and the outdoor pool closed early. We wish we could’ve used it at night!"
