"Very nice boutique hotel. The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable. The bathroom is a little small. They could use a full length mirror in the room. We enjoyed our stay there."

"The property was the most beautiful of all properties that we stayed at during our 3 weeks in Europe. The room was large with a beautiful bathroom, lots of character and the most wonderful views. The included breakfast could not be faulted and due to an early check out on our last day, the staff put together a breakfast box to takeaway so that we did not miss out. The staff were friendly and hospitable. The accommodation was conveniently located, and easy walk to town and the train station...

While the Hotel is small, I was positively surprised about the pool which was warmed and sports room, which was small but very nice considering the space it has. "

The grounds are spectacular and the staff could not had been more helpful or welcoming. Breakfast on the wrap around terrace admiring the spectacular views was an absolute pleasure. "We had a wonderful time here. The location is very central, only a few minutes walk to great food, shopping, and the waterfront. The manager was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. He gave us lots of recommendations of what to do in Santa Margherita and Portofino, and we had a fantastic time following his advice. Thank you!!"

"We checked in with the assistance of a wonderful Asian man. Very courteous and friendly. Not all the staff were as friendly. Our room was nice but there was a terrible smell like drains. We spoke to Italian man on reception who said it was cleaning products. It wasn't. We asked to be moved but he said the hotel was full :There were 3 tables occupied at breakfast. The room was clean however and the bed comfortable. When we checked out we saw the Asian receptionist man who said he would have moved...
