"We were a bit confused by this hotel. This is a luxury boutique hotel that didn’t really feel like a luxury hotel. The staff were nice which is expected but didn’t go out of their way for us. My two small children and I were bitten multiple times. Because the hotel had no other large rooms available, they offered to split our young family into two separate rooms—an unacceptable option.
