"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size, with a comfortable bed and sheets with all needed amenities including a coffee maker and steamer.The shower is huge, beautiful bathroom with lots of space, great AC and blackout curtains. We had what would probably be considered an undesirable room because it was right next to the lobby, but we did not hear any noise and had easy access to everything so I imagine all the other rooms are just as nice or better. "Nice clean, big room and easy access. The only thing to consider it's a good long walk to the city centre. However if you want to see more than that, this neighborhood has lots to offer!"

"Florence is a relatively small city so we loved that this property was not in the heart of everything (Duomo) and yet comfortably walkable to get to . We booked the junior room, it was spacious, clean and the bathroom had a lovely rain shower too. The complimentary spa was refreshing to use - we tried the sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a fairly wide spread and the staff were all welcoming and pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!"

"The B&B is very well located very close to the city center (Duomo). Room is with modernized amenities, very nice shower and bathroom. Very comfy space and everything is super clean. The people we interacted with either on line or at the room were really nice with us. The person that cleans the room helped us get a Taxi to the airport, as our phone was having issues to connect locally. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to visit Florence. "The room was a quiet and comfortable oasis in the heart of Florence. A little outside the historic area, but the taxi service was quick and efficient. It took about 10 minutes from the train station to get there, and there are quaint and delicious cafes and restaurants in the area. The gentleman behind the front counter was friendly, spoke good English, and was very helpful. He even called a taxi for us when the local taxi app wasn't working for us. at the time. A very enjoyable stay."
