"Hôtel idéalement situé à Lucca. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et très serviable. La chambre est bien agencée et propre. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le parking (payant) de l’hôtel après réservation. Cela est très pratique. Je recommande donc vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrai avec plaisir."

Monica was friendly and helpful...room was clean ....air conditioning welcome....Breakfast.....was ok but never had to go to another premises for it (was at a cafe round the corner which wasn't explained when booking). Would go room only if went again as cost of coffee and a croissant was less than the 10 Euros we were alloted."

"The villa it’s a beautiful place in Toscana to stay and relax , the pool is the best feature of the hotel. In the lobby the is a bar where you can order apperitivo, and the restaurant face a the beautiful garden. Food was excellent but pricey."

"This hotel was a a good hotel to stand in Luca. It’s a little off the beaten path, but not a far walk from town. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was clean. The hotel definitely has thinner walls so there’s a lot of noise. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean."

"The hotel is located very near the autostrade and outside the walled city. Access is easy and direct. Staff were multi lingual and friendly. English was not a problem. Parking is free. Breakfast is served as a buffet and you do need to notify if you intend to partake. It is 13euros. There is a good variety, but it is the same every day. There is an espresso/coffee machine. Nothing available to order. Amenities. There aren’t any (like fitness room or pool). There are meeting rooms up from the...
