"Enjoyed our 1-night stay for a Day at Disney’s Magic Kingdom. Bobby was such a great support—greeting us and helping with bags. Stephen was very awesome and knowledgeable! Stephen drove us to the Courts and back with our bags and even offered to provide more support during our stay. If they represent the customer service at Sheraton Vistana, book us again!!!!"

"I would rate this hotel a 4 out of 5 overall. There were definitely some great aspects, along with a few areas that could be improved. Pros: -Good, convenient breakfast with essentials like eggs, sausage, bagels, and cereal -Snacks and items available to purchase at any time, which was very convenient -Nice amenities including a pool, lazy river-style area, and activities like pickleball and golf -Overall a solid stay with a lot to offer Cons: -Room was very warm upon arrival and took a while to cool down -AC unit was very loud -Cleaning staff was quite loud gossiping/talking in the mornings -Shower pressure was just okay -Atmosphere didn’t always feel as upscale or relaxing as expected -Some guests’ behavior and strong odors in common areas took away from the experience Overall, it’s a solid hotel with great amenities and good food, but a few improvements in comfort and overall environment would make it even better."

"Didn’t get to enjoy the whole thing because they were working on it so much and of course that is not in the advertisement and then the surf thing. You literally only get 30 minutes the whole time you’re there so not worth it if you asked me and then a little bit of rain they shut everything down and the staff was so happy about it kind of rude. If you ask me as soon as how were the ones spending money."

"Do not believe that they have a shuttle to the park. The departures and returns are so very limited and nearly impossible to secure. We ended up paying for Uber every day. Breakfast was a plus. Staff was very friendly. Hidden resort fee started charging at 415 am on the first night, when asked the said "oh, we'll give you a $5 dollar credit for the store" where an energy drink costs $8+. Just be weary, despite being less than 2 miles from Disney springs, it is not easily walkable (and I am someone who walks 2-3 miles from my hotel to Disneyland parks)"

"What a great stay! Would stay here again. I came with my three kids and the staff were always helpful. They loved playing with Judy and the pool and eating at Applebees! I did not utilize the shuttle service but will next time"

"Rooms were very nice with a store and family friendly restaurant on property bith real good and the pool was a fun day for all of us it was great"
