"We stayed in the La Torre apartment as there were two couples. It was fantastic - roomy, well equipped and the location was terrific. We couldn’t have asked for more! The whole experience wit Phi was great - from our email exchanges, to our check in with Guilia who made us feel immediately at home. She greeted us warmly, handled the paperwork, and then sat with us to go over a map with recommendations and points of interest. That level of service continued throughout, with checkout fellow...

"The hotel is situated about 10 minutes from the centre of Bologna. It’s an easy walk and means you are in a much quieter area. We stayed in the Residence building which isn’t part of the main hotel building. The room was nice and big, plenty of space, the bathroom was small but adequate. If you are a bigger person or you struggle with movement, you would definitely struggle with the limited space. "The room was very loud at night on Friday and Saturday night in particular, even with the windows closed, and the noise went until at least 2 am. And there was no AC (or at least it didn’t work) so we couldn’t keep the windows closed. Made it very hard to get a good night sleep. Toilet was also stinky and the smell penetrated into the room."

"The room and hotel were clean. Roof top bar was nice. The images of the rooms make the room appear larger than they are. With 2 people, 2 suitcases and 2 back packs there was minimal room to get around the bed or into bathroom. The bathroom is in a glassdoored room so if you’re not comfortable on the toilet or showering in front of somebody, get comfortable. "This is a lovely hotel, very clean, nicely decorated. My only negative point is that the hotel was hosting a corporate event in the bar one afternoon, we were made to feel we couldn’t use the bar area and were made to feel very unwelcome at that point. We did get service but not without feeling awkward. Other than that the staff were helpful and the room great."
