First impression walking through the door was “whoa, this looks old”
Everything looked and was outdated.
Plus side is they have assigned stalls so if you leave you don’t have to worry about not having a stall when you get back."

"It was clean only dishwasher had dirty glasses and cups when moved in. Only two towels even though we booked for 3 ppl. No service was provided tried to get some more towels in the morning and could not reach reception for 1hr after went down and no one was there. Had to go to pool and find some fresh towels there. "

"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices.
It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc.
Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm.
As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...
