"Somehow we got into an accessible room. The bathroom was set up well for someone that needed that, not great for ones that don’t but it worked. The fire alarms went off and they had trouble getting that fixed and the ‘accessible rooms’ alarms were still going off when the other got fixed. So we couldn’t be in the room it was about 1 to 1 1/2 hours before that was fixed. "Rooms are always clean and the bed was very comfortable. The couches in the room need need upgrading. That was my only room suggestion. The common areas are nicely laid out, staff was friendly and helpful. Maybe having a continental breakfast included with the room would be nice. I did run out each morning and bring back coffee and food. I have been staying here for a number of years and have never been disappointed."

"Our hotel room was clean but the bathtub backed up and wouldn’t drain. Called the desk who said there was nothing they could do until the next day. Upon check out I mentioned we could not bathe and weren’t offered another room. I asked her if we could be fairly compensated for the lack of a tub/shower. She told me no because it was booked through Expedia, and offered us a free snack instead. Very disappointed with their lack of concern and failure to find a solution."
