This was our second visit in less than a year, and we’re already looking forward to the next. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel genuinely welcomed and completely cared for. A special shoutout to Marina, one of the bartenders, whose bartending skills, warmth, professionalism, and personal touch truly elevate each visit. Equally impressive was Phillip at the front desk, who provided us with a wealth of information about the property and even helped us start planning our next stay. His attention to detail and enthusiasm made a lasting impression. Joy, another front desk team member, welcomed us with genuine kindness at check-in and ensured we felt right at home throughout our entire stay. The beach service is easy, comfortable, and handled by friendly staff who take care of everything. The hotel’s complimentary car service made getting around Palm Beach effortless, with drivers who were prompt and helpful. Dining at The Colony is another standout. The Pink Paradise Café and Swifty’s both serve fantastic food in vibrant, stylish settings that capture the charm of Palm Beach. The Colony isn’t just a hotel—it’s a destination. "I cannot say enough how friendly and helpful the checkin staff was during a difficult time in my life. Chaira at the front desk was so friendly the first time I checked in when I was down to tend to a sick parent. When I had to come back a few days later after my mother passed Chiara remembered me and was so pleasant and kind. She made me feel better on a day that was difficult. I was able to get an early checkin and Chiara and Emilia were very helpful and delightful. I was comfortable the first time I was here and that made a why I chose this hotel for my return trip "
