Hotel dekat Village Square

"The hotel is old and doesn´t offer many of the amenities for a hotel that charges these prices. It is, at best, a 3-star hotel - no pool, jacuzzi by reservation, no help in getting luggage to the room, etc. Our first room - 506 - was extremely dark, old and smaller than the offered sqm. As soon as we arrived we asked for a room change and were denied this request. After 2 nights we asked again - the room was terrible!!! - and we finally got another room (700) that had been remodeled...

"I have stayed at the Fairmont in Banff twice and this property in Whistler did not disappoint either. The whole experience was absolutely seamless and I literally could not make one complaint. Every single staff member was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the facilities were excellent. The food and beverages on offer in all areas were some of the best i have had in Canada. I cannot wait to return!!!"

"Las habitaciones no las sacuden, parece que solo jalan las sábanas y no tienden bien las camas, los espejos sucios,pésimo que no tengan habitaciones exclusivas para perros,sueltan pelo y somos alérgicos, me tocó un perro ladrando por varios dias, señorla categoría gold no tiene exclusividad pues entran en pijama, bata y niños corriendo y gritando, y un perro el manager dijo que era por vacaciones pero en internet no dice que puedan estar ahí, falta supervisión. "When we checked into our room the toilet had not been flushes and looked aa though the bathroom hadn't fully been cleaned. Late in the evening we tried to use the pull out sofa however the sheets clearly weren't fresh as there were crumpled up used sheets in the bed. It was late at night after being out all day and we were exhausted so decided just to share the upstairs bed. I would not feel comfortable staying here again. I would not want to trust them to provide clean linens. It was...
