"Place is a dump. It’s old, and it shows its age. Kitchen sink, flops to one side, has a full down bed in the living room. That looks like a handyman slapped it together and doesn’t lay even seems in the finish work a crap. Stains in the ceiling. Shower backed up and had terrible pressure. The fake wood floors are scratched everywhere. It’s just weathered. Looks good in the photos, but not so much in person."

"It’s a beautiful hotel. They had a dance convention while we were there, so for some reason both the service and food were not as expected. Last year we stayed at the four seasons all in all for the money a better experience."

"We were on a day trip to Whistler with family and friends. So, unpacked. There was an accident on the hwy + updates said it was to be closed overnight, so we ended up doing a last-minute, very unexpected booking + stay here. The front desk + staff were helpful and kind providing us with toothpaste, toothbrushes and other amenities. The bedroom was ultraclean + cozy. The best was having a fridge to store perishables and full kitchen. There was even a small deck. Hot tub and outdoor pool. All...
