Issue originated through expedia; however, staff failed to provide a reasonable late-night resolution. "The hotel was close to Longwood Gardens. The outside was clean and neat. Parking was good. The staff were great. Breakfast was good. Carpets in the room was worn and dirty. Wall paper was peeling. No amenities. Only two small bars of hand soap were provided, nothing else. No hair dryer."

"Though we would like the ADA accessible double queen to be a bit larger to accommodate a wheel chair, we appreciated the shower/bath handles, low heights for hangers, and close vicinity to the elevator. There are also lots of power outlets for your devices! From Front desk to room service, to security, every staff member we encountered was always kind, above and beyond friendly, and helpful."
